This program provides the perfect opportunity to escape from your daily monotonous life and rejuvenate your mind, body and soul by practicing various yogic techniques, including asana, mudra, bandha, pranayama, and meditation. Our retreat is suitable for yogis of all skill level, from amateurs to seasoned practitioners.



During this retreat, yogis will get insight into the philosophy behind yoga and derive benefits from the taught yogic techniques. There will be daily activities, such as chanting mantras, breathing exercises and traditional yoga classes. On completing this retreat, you will have a much better understanding of yoga and feel a deeper connection with your inner self.


Daily Activities

A typical day on our Yoga Meditation Retreat will consist of:
  • Small classroom setting (maximum 20-25 students).
  • Intensive practice of various yogic techniques and meditation.
  • Theoretical teaching on yogic philosophy.
  • Healthy yogic vegetarian meals and herbal tea.
  • Excursion and sightseeing tours.



The entire yoga course is taught in English; hence basic understanding of the English language is required.



On completion of the Yoga Meditation Retreat, each participant will receive a certificate of completion issued by IGHE.
