Join our retreat to treat yourself to a stress-free weekend of inspiring yoga, relaxing meditation, amazing vegetarian food, and outdoor strolls among nature.
This yoga camp is an ideal way to let go of your everyday stresses and strains, escape into a peaceful and tranquil environment with a gifted yoga mentor and intermingle with like-minded people. Our sessions are fully inclusive, non-religious and designed to suit all ages and abilities.
This retreat is suitable for all people of all skill levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners, including yoga teachers.

 

Highlights

This yoga retreat will leave you energized and invigorated as your practice the different yogic techniques in a relaxed setting. Some highlights include:
  • Two yoga classes everyday: a morning class of gentle hatha yoga and pranayama and an evening class of mindfulness meditation and ‘yoga nidra’.
  • Hatha yoga classes by highly experienced yoga and meditation teacher.
  • An introduction to meditation, breathing practices and breath awareness.
  • Mudra (sacred gesture that connects us to energy within and around us) and Mantra (sacred sound).
  • Delicious vegetarian meals as well as sampling of local cuisines and delicacies.
  • Comfortable accommodation and guided sightseeing tours by an experienced guide.

Completion

On completion of the Yoga Meditation Retreat, each participant will receive a certificate of completion issued by IGHE.
